Overview
The Program
Invest Ottawa and Regional Partners Help Main Street Business in Canada’s Capital and Southeastern Ontario Combat COVID-19.
Future Proof is a program that assists businesses with identifying new markets, pivoting their business model, developing and implementing a deep digital transformation plan, as well as surviving shutdowns and thrive post-pandemic.
My Role
As a bilingual marketing graphic designer, I have developed social media campaigns and designed graphics for each account including logos, social media templates, visual marketing assets, and much more.
The Team
I was part of a bilingual team consisting of a copywriter, web developer, graphic designer, and two digital marketers.
We have created transition plans for Ottawa-based clients from several different industries to help them thrive in the digital retail marketplace during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Little Sisterz
Little Sisterz is a traditional Italian restaurant based in Spencerville, Ontario. It specializes in homecooked meals inspired by the clients' Neapolitan-Italian roots.
The clients were looking to redesign their food menu and update the menu options and prices. They also needed help with engagement on social media, so the team provided them with a content calendar along with social media design templates.
Honeycomb Studios
Honeycomb Studios is a company that specializes in professional wedding photography.
The client requested for a new logo for the company, with the goal of targeting unconventional couples who enjoy the outdoors. The logo development was in collaboration with the web designer.
La Fondation Momentum Jeunesse
La Fondation Momentum Jeunesse’s mission is to promote the health and well-being of young people. The company develops, implements and finances initiatives to help children adopt healthy lifestyles.
The client requested to have a brand revamp with a new logo and social media visual assets.
PlantEd Project
PlantEd is an Ottawa based company that aims to help others learn about plant-based cooking, eating and living.
The clients were looking to have new business cards as well as high quality social media assets and a slide deck for their online tutorials while maintaining their existing brand image.
Assoival Consulting
Assoival Consulting is an organizational development consultancy. Their goal is to help people see the value in differences and leverage diversity to increase companies' sales and outreach.
The client had no social media presence and therefore needed a strong digital marketing strategy with the help of social media visual assets as well as a business flyer. Since this was a bilingual company, the team would develop French versions of all the work that needed to be delivered.
Harmonia Philanthropy
Harmonia is a philanthropy company whose mission was inspired by the lifelong commitment to strengthening the relationships between donors and charitable organizations.
The client was looking to have new designs for a new business card and business flyer.
Susan B Media
Susan B Media is a company that creates inspiring marketing content through video and provides online coaching.
The client was looking to have a stronger presence on social media with the goal of reaching as many people across major platforms. Therefore, a brand new logo and social media assets were provided to excel their brand image.
Soulful Architect
Soulful Architect is an organization that promotes social justice and empowerment through the use of photography and other forms of art.
The client was looking to have a new logo that best represents the company image, along with a sticker with a QR code which leads to their website.
